Hi! I’m Jayne Katway, a dark romance and small town rom-com author who loves to read. I created Spicy Book Club because I wanted a place where I could recommend the books I loved, help promote other indie authors, and create a space for anyone who loves open door romance books.
With the ever changing landscape of social media, and my limited time, I felt a blog was my best bet for creating our own little spicy book club. Here I could talk about books on a platform and in a way that is most comfortable for me, writing it.
You’ll want to check out my Getting Started post for more information on how I write reviews and give recommendations, as well as future plans for the Spicy Book Club. Eventually, and with some time, I’d like to see this blog grow into a community of readers and authors with interviews and guest posts from some of our favorite community members.
